Jarvis Walker Octopus Hook Mixed Packs
Jarvis Walker Octopus Hook Mixed Packs give anglers three popular hook sizes in one convenient, reusable tackle box, providing a versatile selection for different bait sizes and fishing situations without needing to buy multiple individual packets.
Octopus hooks are a versatile bait fishing hook featuring a short shank, wide gap and curved profile. The compact design allows baits to be presented naturally while leaving plenty of hook gap exposed for effective hook-ups. Their turned-up eye also makes them well suited to snelling, although they can also be tied using conventional fishing knots.
Unlike circle hooks, octopus hooks are suited to fishing techniques where the angler actively strikes to set the hook. This makes them an excellent all-round choice for bait fishing, whether presenting worms, prawns and small cut baits or stepping up to larger fish baits, squid and other substantial offerings.
Available in Big Bait and Small Bait configurations, each pack contains three sizes of chemically sharpened red octopus hooks. The divided reusable box keeps each size organised and ready to use.
The Small Bait Mixed Pack covers sizes #4 through to 1/0 for smaller baits and general estuary, freshwater and inshore fishing. The Big Bait Mixed Pack includes 2/0, 4/0 and 6/0 hooks for larger bait presentations and bigger target species.
Instead of buying multiple packets to cover different bait sizes, each mixed pack gives you three useful options in one handy tackle box.
