Expired Redemptions
If the redemption end date shown on your swing tag has passed, don’t worry, we are honouring expired redemptions. Just follow the process as normal.
Terms and Conditions:
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number.
Due to package sizes and Australia Post rates, all redemptions are shipped individually. A postage and handling fee is charged for each redemption ordered. When multiple redemptions have been ordered, all parcels may not arrive the same day.
