In addition to the standard warranty we offer, Jarvis Walker Pty Ltd guarantees that any warranty repairs of registered Jarvis Walker or Rovex branded reels carried out by Anglers’ Central Service Centre Pty Ltd will be completed within two working days* or replaced with a new reel of equivalent specification. (*Time from receiving into Anglers’ Central Service Centre to dispatch.) Read the Jarvis Walker Warranty Policy to judge whether repairs to your reel will be covered under warranty. Anglers’ Central will determine warranty eligibility when inspecting your reel. Please note, only reels purchased from an Australian retailer are eligible for warranty repairs and the 48 hour service guarantee.

Registering Your Reel for the Guarantee
To qualify for the guarantee, your Jarvis Walker or Rovex branded reel must be registered through this website within 60 days of purchase. Register on the Registration Page.

Returning your Reel for Warranty Guarantee Repairs
Unlike standard Jarvis Walker warranty claims (where you return the product to place of purchase), claims for warranty guarantee repairs must be sent freight pre-paid to:

2. A brief description of the problem.
3. A copy of the reel’s original proof of purchase.
